Collection:
- Please ensure the person collecting the cake knows details of the order as they will be responsible for checking details such as colour, design and spellings.
 
Transport:
- Cakes can be damaged without proper handling on transportation. The person collecting the cake is the responsable for its state after leaving the store.
 
Storage:
- Fresh cream cakes must be kept refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours. If your cake contains buttercream you should keep on ambient temperature.
